Dr. Tiffany Patton serves as the Chief Educational Consultant at Results Driven Educational(RDE) Consulting. Her consultancy work is primarily focused on the following targeted areas: school and school system improvement planning and the enduring systems to implement the plan, instructional coaching and instructional coach development, data-driven instruction and the data team process. Through her experiences in school leadership and district leadership, Dr. Patton has effectively actualized change in the aforementioned areas. Dr. Patton brings over 19 years of experience in high needs schools and school systems. She has led and taught in both charter and traditional schools. Dr. Patton has notably served as a school leader in 3 different schools including leading a successful turnaround and a successful founding and opening of an elementary school. She has worked in all three levels of PK-12 education during her career and believes that children are capable and adults are capable of achieving great things when the systems for greatness exist. Dr. Patton currently works at the district level as the head of the professional development department and serves as a consultant with other educational companies across the country. She is ready to support you to do the same!
